November 10th, 2024: Meanjin showed up to show the world that we care about genocide. No one is free until we are all free.
There is not much that can be said that is even slightly positive within the context of genocide. One thing, though, that is true: when you live through a live-streamed genocide and only a few speak up/resist in their own way (not everyone needs to go to protests, etc; there are many ways to resist), it's easy to see who the humans are who are truly beautiful on the inside and out.
