Here is our process from initial contact to final delivery:

Step 2: We will aim to respond within 48 hours (Mon - Fri during business hours)

Step 3: We will liaise on the best way forward - either to meet in person (ideal) or online

Step 4: We will listen to your priorities (Pete is the boss of notetaking)

Step 5: We cover your event

Step 6: We take up to 8 weeks to complete your gallery (perhaps surprisingly culling is usually the most labor-intensive stage)

Step 7: We deliver your final product (hint: we never overpromise and underdeliver)
