Christmas in Brisbane

Another year.

Another batch of Pete’s rum balls. :)

Some summer storms.

Lots of watermelon.

We share our version of Christmas in Brisbane each year (this was last year’s visual story).

For us, Christmas in Brisbane 2019 is:

Summer evening walks <3

Our little one, Chloe (3), loves to join in with whatever we are doing. She loves figuring out the camera now and crumples up in fits of giggles if we pull funny faces that she can see through the viewfinder. I am hearing more “Mum, take a picture of that!” these days. We enjoy going for evening strolls in summer and this particular day Chloe was most insistent that I take a shot of “that”. I eventually figured out that she meant this twig. We have a client policy: if something is important to you (“Did you get one of the flower girl dancing?”), it is important to us. We have that same mentality with Chloe; this is a nod to this season of life and what is important to our little girl.
